Announcement of a research assistant post

Applications are invited for a research assistant to work on a project funded by the EPSRC which is concerned with the development of method and tool support to manage inconsistency in software development.

Applicants should have a post graduate degree in computing, and experience and active interests in object-oriented software engineering methods and/or conceptual modelling techniques.

The successful applicant may also register as a part-time PhD student in the department under the supervision of the principal investigator of the project.

The appointement will be for 1 year, tenable from 1 October 1999. The salary will be £17,869 per annum including London allowance.
