The five-year state securities were issued for a share capital increase plan of TEMPME, a fund aimed at offering financial support to SMEs. The bill also foresees as valid the transfer of a majority stake in Skaramanga Shipyards to Abu Dhabi Mar LLC, or Prininvest Shipbuilding SARL. And for this reason the cultural ties between us have never been severed."
