[01] FinMin optimistic on meeting 2010 targets at Limassol Econ Forum
ÁÍÁ-ÌPA/Finance minister George Papaconstantinou expressed certainty
that Greece will succeed in not only meeting but also overshooting the
targets that have been set for 2010, speaking in Cyprus on Wednesday at
the Limassol Economic Forum.
He also expressed optimism that the Greek economy will have a very good
course.
Papaconstantinou further predicted that Greece will have a negative
growth rate of between -2.5 and -3.0 percent in 2011, noting that the
growth rate this year will be -4.0 percent.
