[01] Construction sector shows decrease
The Construction sector in Cyprus is following a downward trend for the
past four years, with its value shrinking by 38% to 1.9 billion euro in
2012 compared with 3.05 billion in 2008.
[02] FM in Brussels for GAC
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ioannis Kasoulides is in Brussels to
participate in the EU General Affairs Council (GAC), on Tuesday.
During the GAC, Ministers will discuss the Multiannual Financial Framework
and prepare the upcoming Summit of the May European Council.
Kasoulides will remain in Brussels to accompany the President of the
Republic of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, at his meetings with President
of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, President of the European
Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso, and President of the European Parliament,
Martin Schulz.
