President of Moldova visits Cyprus

Nicosia, Nov 10 (CNA) -- President of the Republic of Moldova Vladimir Voronin arrives here today for a two-day state visit at the invitation of Cyprus President Tassos Papadopoulos.

The Cypriot President will meet Voronin early in the afternoon during an official welcoming ceremony at Larnaca International Airport.

In the afternoon, the two Presidents will hold official talks at the Presidential Palace in Nicosia.

Tuesday and Wednesday: 11/11/2003 to 12/11/2003 ----------------------------------------------- Unstable weather conditions will prevail on Tuesday, with sunshine and showers. Winds will be southwesterly moderate and locally fresh 4 to 5 BF. The sea state will be moderate and on the windward coasts up to rough. The temperature will range between 20C and 10C inland, 21C and 12C over coastal areas and 11C and 4C over the mountains.

On Wednesday, it will be fair with patchy cloud. The winds will be northeasterly to southeasterly light to moderate 3 to 4 BF and the sea state up to moderate. The temperature will note a small increase of 1C or 2C.

Outlook for Thursday and Friday: 13/11/2003 to 14/11/2003 --------------------------------------------------------- Fair weather with temporal cloud on Thursday and Friday. Temperature will note a small further increase.
