Speaking before the UN General Assembly Special Political Committee Cyprus' Permanent Representative to the UN Andreas Mavroyiannis reiterated that a just and viable solution in Cyprus in accordance with UN resolutions, international law and the acquis communautaire has been delayed far too long and should be addressed both as a matter of urgency and a matter of principle. Wind will be overnight variable mainly northwest light, 2 to 3 bf. During day the wind will be northeast to southeast gentle, 3 bf gradually veering by afternoon to southwest to west, gentle to moderate, 3 to 4 bf. The state of sea will be smooth to slight over night, and slight during day time. The temperature will range from 12 degrees over the mountains, to 16 degrees inland and to 18 over the coastal areas. The maximum temperature will range from 24 over the mountains, to 28 over the western and northern coastal areas, to 29 over the eastern and southern coastal areas and to 31 degrees inland.
