Nicosia, Feb 13 (CNA) Cyprus President Glafcos Clerides announced here
Thursday that UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan will be in Cyprus from
26-28 February, after being informed by UN Secretary-Generals Special
Adviser, Alvaro de Soto.

Foreign Minister in France on EU enlargement issues
Nicosia, Feb 13 (CNA) -- Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides is touring
Bretagne, at the invitation of the French minister for European Affairs
Noelle Lenoir, to participate in a campaign to inform public opinion
about European Union enlargement.
Speaking to CNA from France, the minister said this tour provided an
excellent opportunity for Cyprus, as an acceding country, to outline
its views on enlargement and other issues of international concern.
Kasoulides said this morning he and Lenoir, accompanied by an entourage
of deputies, senators and journalists, visited fishing trawlers.
