The president of Parliament informed all delegates about early session and called them to attend it.BANJA LUKA - The president of RS Biljana Plavsic will receive tomorrow in Banja Luka the minister of Foreign Affairs of Great Britain Robin Cook, who comes in two days visit to RS and Federation B&H. After the meeting with president of Republic, scheduled for 15.45 h, the British chief of diplomacy will be received by premier of RS Milorad Dodik. BANJA LUKA - The president of RS Biljana Plavsic talked in Banja Luka with the chairman of the Commission for property claims of displaced persons and refugees Jean-Pierre Hock about problems related to the work of Commission and opening office in Banja Luka. The Commission was formed in accordance with Annex 7 of the Dayton Agreement, and until now had Offices in Serbian and federal part of Sarajevo and Mostar. The legal adviser of the president of RS Milan Dupor expressed the contentment because of opening of the Office in BANja Luka announced for March 9, and stressed that "solving problems of refugees is humanitarian, and not political issue, for which realisation is necessary financial assistance". SARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik pointed out in talks with French Ambassador to B&H Ives Gaudel on the need of keeping unity of RS, and warned that there exist tendencies which lead in the opposite direction". "The president Krajisnik acquainted Ambassador Gaudel with the demands of municipalities from Eastern Part of RS which oppose to the relocation of state institutions and replacing directors of enterprises without any explanation" - is stated in the announcement from the Cabinet of president Krajisnik. Ambassador Gaudel expressed his concern because of existing risk of division of RS and conveyed the stance of France that it wish renewal of traditionally good relations with RS. BRUSSELS - The president of RS Government Milorad Dodik stated in Brussels that European Union (EU) unblocked 50 million of ECU allocated for RS, and expressed the hope that soon will be unblocked another 100 million of ECU. After the meeting with EU commissioner Hans van der Bruck, premier Dodik said to representatives of donor countries that this financial aid will be spent in what it was intended. The RS Government president said that for further development and stabilisation of democratic institutions if RS is necessary financial aid of international community, concluding that stable RS is guarantee of stability of B&H and whole region. SARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik stressed in Pale that the significance of work of Commission for Property Claims of displaced persons and refugees, assessing that "as one of most human activities of international community". Krajisnik received representatives of the Commission, the chairman Jean-Pierre Hock, executive director Steven Segal and director of operation Stefan Obrenovic. BRCKO - The High International representative for B&H Carlos Westendorp thinks that situation in Brcko is more favourable than in the time of his first visit -ten months ago, and stresses that he will do all to make Brcko priority for international community. "I am content because authorities, police and justice with which I talked today talked more about economy than politics, having in mind hard economic situation in RS", said Westendorp and added that "the situation is now being changed, because RS has Government which cooperate with international community and which will help people in RS". SARAJEVO - The spokesman of the Office of High Representative /OHR/ Rida Atarasni stated for SRNA that OHR is not satisfied with the degree of implementation of conclusions of Bonn conference about cancelling marks of Croatian Republic Herceg- Bosna and Republika Srpska. "The problem is because the Council of Ministers is slow in progress in replacing old institutions, because of which arises the vacuum in which remain former institutions of Republic B&H and Republic Herceg-BOsna, but we are persistent in implementation of provisions of Bonn conference, attempting to eliminate those institutions" - explained Atarasani. SARAJEVO - At the regular press conference in federal part of Sarajevo the SFOR spokesman Louis Garneau warned that in sector of the SFOR division South-East is continued destroying ammunition and explosives which delivered the director of enterprise Soko in Mostar. "We welcome this guest of the leaders of this firm, because it is in the spirit of programme of amnesty for surrendering weapons", stressed Garneau. GACKO - The chief of General Staff of RS Army /VRS/ colonel general Momir Talic assessed in Gacko that the hand over of duties is being performed according to the anticipated plan and military rules. In the frame of regular hand over activities in the Seventh Corps of VRS newly elected and former chief of General Staff of VRS generals Momir Talic and Pero Colic visited the military barracks in development in Avtovac, where hosts acquainted them with the dynamics of works. BELGRADE - The Assembly of FR Yugoslavia /SRJ/ ratified the agreement on double citizenship between this state and B&H, after it passed by Council of Citizens and Council of Republics. The agreement on double citizenship, signed in December last year by than minister of Foreign affairs of FRY Milan Milutinovic and president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik, anticipates that all citizens of B&H could get Yugoslavian citizenship, especially Serbs and Montenegrian from RS. BANJA LUKA - The Party of Independent Social-democrats /SMSD/ of RS will demand from Government and National assembly that as soon as possible start up the issue of investigation of big financial affairs in Republic - stressed in Banja Luka secretary general of this party Nenad Bastinac.
