SRPSKO SARAJEVO - The deputy minister of the Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers of B&H Dragan Bozanic assessed in Pale that the occupying the transmitters of SRT by members of SFOR represent obvious violating the Dayton Agreement and freedom of informing. "U.S.A. think that it is of the great importance that the media would be established as one of the key structures of democratic society. We, like others who work with the office of the High Representative wish to develop the democratic media, which is the corner stone for the further development of democratisation", stated Gelbard after the meeting.

BELGRADE - The presidential candidate of the left coalition - Socialistic Party of Serbia, Yugoslav left and New democracy - Zoran Lilic stated that "it is necessary that the elections would be finished today". At the question of the journalists what will be if in the second round the turnout is less than 51 % of voters, Lilic replied - "that what is written in the Constitution of Republic of Serbia, and that is new elections".

BELGRADE - In Serbia until 13,00 h voted 17,5 % of registered voters, what is for 5,5% lesser than in the same time of the first round of voting - stated in Belgrade Zoran Lucic from the Belgrade's Centre for free elections and democracy.

PODGORICA - At the presidential elections in Montenegro until 19 h came out 460,568 voters or 63,39% of total electorate which has 460,568 citizens - announced REC tonight. at the press conference, held at 20,00 h in Podgorica, REC confirmed that the best turnout of voters was in Kolasin, where voted 75% of the electorate or 5,961 out of 7,948 voters.

PORGORICA - The current president of Montenegro and the presidential candidate of the part of Democratic party of socialists has got, according the unofficial results, more than 60% of votes in Herceg-Novi and Berane. As SRNA learns, Bulatovic leads also in the second electorate - Niksic. In Mojkovac, where voted 5,130 out of 7,892 voters he won 57%, and in Pljevlja 60% of votes.

PODGORICA - The president of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ of Montenegro and its presidential candidate Novica Vojinovic stated that he expects that the people will elect "morally responsible president". After the voting at the polling station No. 12 in Podgorica, Vojinovic stressed that "it would be ultimately unfair if the new president of Montenegro do not respect the interest of the people, which expect in the next five years much better government and authorities than before".

LUXEMBOURG - The ministers of the Foreign Affairs of the member states of EC will consider tomorrow in Luxembourg the disputable issues concerning the acceptance of the Eastern European countries in this organisation. At the two days meeting will be discussed the ways and procedure for admission to EC, which would start at the beginning of the next year.

NEW YORK - The U.S. daily "New York Times" assesses that the Bosnia is the test for spreading NATO towards east and the laboratory in which will be shown the extent of the cooperation of alliance and Russia. The New York daily thinks that the success of the intervention of international community in Bosnia is of the vital importance for the entire process of NATO expansion.
