BELGRADE - Illegal Centre of the public security /CJB/ Banja Luka, loyal to the president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic, have brought the decision by which it banned all public rallies in Banja Luka from September 7 until 11 this year. In the explanation of the decision is stated that the Centre "on the basis of assessment, concluded that there exist confidential data which indicates that the public order and peace would be violated in the greater extent, i.e. endangering security and property of people". In this way the tomorrow's rally of the Serbian Democratic Party "For unique and indivisible RS" was brought into question, which have to be held in Banja Luka at 18,00 h.

DOBOJ - The members of SFOR didn't allow to the delegates of the Doboj's brigade of the RS Army to burn the candles and lay down the flowers on the place where two years ago were killed 8 Serbs in the attack of the NATO aircraft on the hill Becanj near Doboj. The members of the delegation stated in the announcement that they had permission of SFOR to make commemoration to the killed fighters, but despite that they were stopped at the checkpoint only twenty metres far from the graves. Instead of them the candles lit one officer from the Nordic-Polish brigade.

ZVORNIK - The Local Electoral Commission /LEC/ of the municipality Zvornik controlled in the past 24 hours 80% of final voting lists and concluded that in them were written names of 1,500 Moslems which registering ID numbers do not belong to the municipality Zvornik. According to Miladin Ristic, the secretary of LEC, "the controllers found out several hundred names of the people of Albanian nationality who lived in this municipality until 1991, after which all trails of them were lost, and it is known for sure that they did not appear for the registration.

MOKRO - Without just solution of the Serbian national issue in these areas will never be peaceful - stated the president of the Municipal Board /OO/ of the Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ of Pale Slavoljub Markovic at the public tribune of the Serbian radicals in Mokro. Before few hundred citizens radicals talked about the actual political situation, presenting the programme and the basic orientation of the party. "The objective of Radicals is the unique Serbian state on its ethnical and historical regions, and that means unification of all Serbian states" - explained Markovic.

BELGRADE - The Democratic Party of Serbia /DSS/ deems that new order of the U.S. administration and resumed threats by sanctions represent the assistance to the regime of Slobodan Milosevic and attempt to present him falsely as the protector of the Serbs over Drina river. In the announcement of DSS is stated that "Milosevic long time ago lost credibility of Serbian people in RS and is not able to influence on them essentially". "The only way to come out of current crisis in the relations of international community and RS is direct negotiations between all one year before elected RS representatives and international community, without mediating of Slobodan Milosevic" - think the Serbian democrats.

HAMBURG - The German news "Junge Welt", commenting more frequent threats of the NATO officials to Serbs, concludes that the RS citizens have two choices - to collaborate with the western pacific force or as individuals to submit to the collective sentence of the western powerful entities towards the whole Serbian people. The commentator concludes that in this is the content of the threatening words of the NATO supreme commander U.S. general Wesley Clark, that against Serbian "troublemakers", who partly or completely support Radovan Karadzic, "the lethal means of revenge will be applied".

BELGRADE - The meeting of the ministers of Foreign Affairs of FRY and Croatia Milan Milutinovic and MAte Granic announced for the first half of September in Belgrade is cancelled, as state the media in Belgrade, for the end of the month because the elections in Montenegro and Serbia and the "case Bajramovic". According to the same sources, "the postponement of the meeting required the Croatia side, being afraid that because the scandalous testimony of Miro Bajramovic for "Feral Tribun" they will be in subordinate position."

MOSTAR - From the Church of the Queen of Peace in the village Bijela, was stolen 11 to 13 presentations of the Cross way, and also damaged the copper roof, reported the Croatia Radio Herceg-Bosna. The Governor of the County in Konjic fra Bono Krndelj, who revealed the steal yesterday, stated that the police is investigation the case.
