BANJALUKA - The City Board of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) for Banjaluka will organise a large all-Serbian assembly titled "For Single and Undivided RS" on Monday, September 8, at the Krajina Square in Banjaluka. The SDS members, followers and Banjaluka residents will be addressed by members of the SDS Main Baord, RS senators, deputies in the National Assembly, Church dignitaries, as well as public and cultural figures from RS and Yugoslavia. Announced is the participation of the president in the B-H Presidency from RS, Momcilo Krajisnik, first vicepresident of the SDS, Aleksa Buha, SDS vice-presidents, Borivoje Sendic and Milivoje Komljenovic, the deputy in the House of Representatives of the B-H Parliamentarian Assembly Slobodan Bijelic, and Banjaluka City Assembly president Savo Cuk.

SARAJEVO - Deputy in the RS National Assembly, Milovan Stankovic, saying he did not insist upon representative impunity on his arrest on charges of an armed attack at the Duge Njive TV transmitter, tried to misinform the public, this was announced from the Cabinet of the RS National Assembly president. Police reports said that he called on representative immunity, although denied this for Belgrade's "Vecernje Novosti" when explained "the Assembly has been dissolved anyway", reads the announcement.

ZVORNIK - The vice-president of the Socialist Party for RS, Dragutin Ilic, stated in Zvornik that the main reason why the SP for RS gave its support to Biljana Plavsic in her decision to disband the National Assmelby was the suspension of the Law on privatisation. "The existing Law on privatisation was brought under direction of the ruling party, and as such it is extremely detrimental for the Serb populace in RS", Ilic stated.

ZVORNIK - The National Radical Party (NRS) will boycott the local elections in RS unless the rules and regulations pertaining to ways of polling and votes counting are changed, announced Vite Tomic, the president of the NRS Zvornik Board. At a press conference his disagreement with OSCE decision rescinding the P2 form from the last year's parliamentarian elections which decision directly favoured Muslim aims at the creation of unitary B-H".

ZVORNIK - The electoral staff of the Zvornik SDS Board required the Local Electoral Commission to set up several polling stations in the zone of separation for voters to come from the Federation of B-H. According to the Staff head Stevo Radic, this would "prevent possible manipulations and would allow a real validity of the electoral results".

ZVORNIK - The Local Electoral Commission in Zvornik started with control of final voters lists, and instantly found a series of - whether intentional or unintentional - irregularities to detriment of Serb voters. The Commission secretary Milan Ristic stated for SRNA that at the very beginning of the control noted were about 15 surnames of big Muslim families which neither had lived in the municipality before the war nor they were found on the 1991 census list for Zvornik.

VIENNA - The leading German and Austrian papers "Frankfurter Algemeine Zeitung", "Seudeutsche Zeitung", "Welt", and "Kurrier" transmit the exclusive report from "Guardian" on banned entry into Great Britain for the president in the B-H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik. The same media are affirmative of the role of Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic, while the "Welt" emphasises his "effort to ease the conflict in RS", mentioning "Milosevic's warning to Krajisnik not to boycott the elections scheduled for September 13 and 14."

PRIJEDOR - His Eminency Bishop of Banjaluka, Jefrem, served requiem in Mrakovica, on Kozara, for all victims of national uprisings, anti-Fascist and patriotic wars, and used this occasion to point out that "the fate of the Serbian people in this region has always been and is now to fight only to protect their bare existence."

SARAJEVO - The Social Democratic Party (SDP) for B-H appealed to the Electoral Appellation Sub-Commission because the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), ruling party in the Federation of B-H, was using religion for political purposes, writes Sarajevo's "Vecernje Novine". The SDA demands the Muslim religious leaders that they work in its favour, argues the SDP, giving the example of the imam from Srebrenik near Lenobude who dispatched messages like real believers are due to vote for the SDA because "this would be the only way they will not affront Allah", writes the Muslim paper.

CALCUTTA - The remains of deceased Mother Theresa will be buried on Saturday, September 13 in Calcutta, the city she spent her life devoted to humanity.
