BANJALUKA - The president of the Serbian Party of the Krajina and Posavina, assessed the new electoral rules of the Provisional Electoral Commission are a mere violation of human rights. "The PEC decision prevents people in the Dayton B-h from choosing place to live. Such a decision should in no way be accepted and the right response to it is a Serb boycott", stated Lazarevic for SRNA. SARAJEVO - The Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) top officials met in Sarajevo their Party of Democratic Action (SDA) counterparts in order to open a new series of negotiations in a bid to solve contentious issues in the Sarajevo Canton - one of them being the power share in the whole of B-H Federation. Muslim Radio-Sarajevo reports the talks were held behind the doors, while the improvement in untangling disputable issues, especially those relating to problems in the Sarajevo Canton, is expected. SARAJEVO - About 150 Croat women blocked and stoned a bus carrying Muslim refugees, who came to visit their former homes in the Croat-held Capljina, UN spokesman Patrick Swenson stated in Sarajevo. "The passengers, Muslim from Capljina, expelled from the city in 1993 by the Croats, returned to the eastern part of Mostar, where the large number of Muslim victims of Croat ethnic cleansing found shelter", specified Swenson. SARAJEVO - The Muslim paper "Oslobodjenje" sharply criticises the Croat- Muslim Federation Government and prime minister Izudin Kapetanovic, asking the explanation of ways the funds should be spend.
