SARAJEVO - The president of the RS National Assembly Momcilo Krajisnik and deputy High Representative of the interna tional community Michael Steiner agreed in Pale today that it is necessary to maintain a high level of the cooperation between Srpska and IFOR with the aim of further implementation of the Dayton agreement. The president Krajisnik transmitted the worry of the Serbian side to the deputy High Representative that inci dents, like the one which happened at Serbian Sarajevo today, as he said, could lead to the "wider conflicts". After the meeting Steiner expressed his concern about slow implementation of cer tain provisions of the Dayton peace agreement, precisely stating that this is related with "realising of human rights, returning of refugees and displaced persons, freedom of movement and creat ing conditions for elections, which will be held soon."

SARAJEVO - The president of the RS National Assembly Momcilo Krajisnik talked at Pale today with the Special Envoy of the UN General Secretary Igbal Riza about the implementation of the civilian part of the Dayton Agreement. The president of the Serbian Parliament stressed that "the meeting was very construc tive and that they talked about all important issues which should be solved so the conditions for the coming elections would be prepared".

BIJELJINA - The participants of the great meeting for sup port to RS leadership emphasised in Bijeljina today that the indictment against Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic is the attack against all Serbian people and gave a message to the international community not to interfere in the internal affairs of Srpska.

SRBINJE - With the participation of about 5.000 citizens in front of the Municipal Assembly of Srbinje a meeting of support to president Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic was held.

SARAJEVO - The representatives of IFOR and other interna tional organisations cancelled the press conference at Pale, because they were bothered by the photograph of the president Radovan Karadzic, not in the room for press conference but in the adjacent office. In an announcement of RS International Press Centre, forwarded to SRNA, it is reminded that with the IFOR was arranged to have two press conferences weekly for the Serbian media.

BANJALUKA - The delegation of experts of the World Health Organisation /WHO/ started the twodays talks at Banjaluka with the representatives of the RS Health Ministry about the revision of the primary health care and financing of the health services. On that occasion, the assistant of the Health Minister in the RS Government Milorad Kuzmanovic stated for SRNA that the delegation of the WHO wish to see how much is RS ready to do in health system reconstruction.

BRCKO - The matter of the arbitration in Brcko could only be the area of 12 miles from the present borders between RS and MoslemCroat federation to the village Maoca, territories of the settlements Brka, Brod and Rahic, stated for SRNA, after talks with the assistant to the U.S. State Secretary Mr. Lodal, the president of the Brcko municipality Miodrag Pajic, while under lining that "in worst case for RS, the border will remain where it is now".

BANJALUKA - Under the expert's supervising of the patholo gist Zeljko Karan at Banjaluka is continued the identification of the corpses of killed Serbian soldiers, which bodies were ex changed three days ago at Koprivna, near Sanski Most. Identified were: Bjelic /Duska/ Ratko /1941/ from Petrovac, Buvac /Milana/ Ratko from Petrovac and Ceko /Ratka/ Milan /1967/ from Drvar.

ZEPA - On the occasion of the fourth anniversary of death of the 45 Serbian soldiers at the location Budicin potok in Zepa, the relatives, fellow soldiers, friends and members of the Asso ciation of the participants of the war from Pale visited that place, and the priests Milomir Zekic and Slobodan Lubarda served a religious service. After that, Milanko Cobovic had spoken, and he emphasised that "we shell never forget fallen Serbian sol diers, as they where not forgotten by their fellow soldiers who risked their lives while saving their bodies, wounded and others who found themselves in the hell of Zepa".

SARAJEVO - At Lukavica an accident had happened today when IFOR patrol tried to arrest an Serbian civilian because he had a gun. This could lead to the serious conflict with the group of the Serbian people who was gathered there. According to statement for SRNA of the commander of police station "Kula" major Goran Sehovac, a patrol of Serbian policemen was sent there and they had to grab the Serbian driver from the belligerent IFOR sol diers.

DOBOJ - The HQ of the NordicPolish brigade of IFOR in Doboj and multiethnic division "North" from Tuzla with an public an nouncement denied the reports of the Moslem media about a great number of wounded during the Sunday's visit of Moslems from Tesanj to the Doboj's settlements Pridjel, Potocani and Sevar lije. According to the information of IFOR, only one Moslem is lightly injured, not 35, as Moslem media announced.

SERBIAN GORAZDE - The civilian authorities in Serbian Gorazde allowed to Moslems from Gorazde to visit their graveyards on the Serb held territory Hubjeri and Kopaci. No incidents were registered, during these visits which were escorted by Serbian police and IPTF.

DOBOJ - In the Doboj's state hospital they announced that in the mine field on the mountain Ozren was killed Ranko Stanisic and the civilians Todor Trifunovic and Milos Vasiljevic were hardly injured. As the SRNA correspondent was informed, the injured persons are accommodated in the hospital, for inpatient treatment. At the press conference IFOR's spokesman Arthur Golav ski confirmed that one person is killed and two injured in this region after they got lost in the mine field.

BELGRADE - The Association for assistance to refugees and displaced persons in FR Yugoslavia sent the declaration to the international humanitarian organisations with the warning "that its the utmost moment to undertake decisive acts for real and objective recognising of the situation of refugees in FR Yugosla via.

SKOPJE - The Defence Minister of BJRM Blagoje Hadzinski and the chief of U.S. mission in this republic Viktor Kormaz signed in Skopje the diplomatic notes where the participation of U.S. forces in military exercises in this Republic was regulated. "By this agreement is anticipated that the Macedonian forces have the right to participate the exercises with NATO also out the coun try", stressed Hadzinski.

NOVI SAD - The Slavonian Bishop Lukijan opened the exhibi tion of photographs in Novi Sad, with the name "Spiritual geno cide from 1991-1995", dedicated to by war devastated monasteries and churches in the regions of Croatia and former B&H.
