TIRANA, March 22 (ATA) - By A. Haxhiu: Right-wing political grouping Unity for Democracy organised on Sunday a rally in the Skenderbeg square to commemorate the day of democracy in Albania, March 22, 1992.

Leader of the Democratic party Sali Berisha, whose party is a member of the grouping, reiterated the charge against the present state, which he considered as the main cause of the crisis in Albania.

"The only solution would have been a care taker government and new elections in Albania," Berisha said to the crowd.

He also greeted the elections, which were underway in Kosova, calling on the Albanian people to strongly back the right issue of the Kosova people for their rights and liberties.

Other leaders of the political grouping such as Azem Hajdari, Teodor Laço, Zef Bushati and Pjeter Arbnori addressed the 30-minute rally urging the creation of a care taker government and new elections in Albania. ake/mima/ak/
