AFTER HUNGARY, ROMANIA AND BULGARIA CLOSED THEIR AIR SPACE TO
RUSSIAN PLANES. BUT NOW THAT NATO AND MOSCOW HAVE RESOLVED THEIR
DISPUTE, RUSSIAN OFFICIALS SAY THE DISPATCH OF SOLDIERS TO KOSOVO
