SARAJEVO - The Serb Radio-TV (SRT) sent an open letter to the Hague Tribunal chief prosecutor Louise Arbour reminding her that the right to free and differing opinion is a measure of democratic level of every political programme, political system and its institutions. Pointing out that the pretext for take-over of the SRT transmission towers was a wrong interpretation of Arbour's words spelled out at her press conference in Sarajevo, the SRT Studio Serb Sarajevo claims that the words were quoted exactly. "The error, which we have admitted at once and replayed the original material, is due to mistranslated journalist question during the conference, but it was obvious from your response that we have made a mistake", says the letter.
