BEOGRAD - The delegation of Republika Srpska (RS), led by the president in the B-H Presidency from RS, Momcilo Krajisnik, talked in Belgrade with Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic. Attending at the meeting, on which no official statement was released, were also the president of the RS National Assembly Dragan Kalinic and RS prime minister Gojko Klickovic.

BRCKO - RS identity cards were taken today by additional 48 Muslims at the Bcko community of Brod improvised police station, confirmed the chief the Brcko Public Security Centre (CJB) Administrative-Legal Department, Pajko Simic. Out of 146 Muslim families who got permission to return to the area, 28 Muslim adults got identity cards last Friday when the station being with the work.

DOBOJ - The explosion which took place in the offices of private paper "Alternativa" on September 27 largely deteriorated the security situation in Doboj municipality, announced the Doboj CJB. "Other than damage, this terrorist act caused unrest and bitterness among citizens. Setting of explosive in Doboj is continuation of violations initialled in Duge Njive", said the announcement.

BANJALUKA - The Socialist Party for RS sharply condemned the repeated attack on the offices of the "Alternativa" independent paper in Doboj, and accused, in its announcement, the legal bodies of having part in the attack, on the base of its conclusions on the way of attack, amount of used explosive and behaviour of the legal bodies and authorities in Doboj".

MILICI - The chief of the Milici CJB Criminal Department, Zoran Durmic, stated that the explosion in the bauxite mine "Brdjan" in Milici, on September 28 was carried out by SFOR. "SFOR motorised unit blocked the Milici-Srebenica highway with five vehicles, and mined the temporarily set- up building which belonged to the 'Boksit' share holding company from Milici", Durmic explained.

ZAGREB - Even two years after the occupation of the Republic of the Srpska Krajina (RSK) about 75 Serbs are being still kept in prison captured during the notorious military operations "Storm," and "Flesh" by the Croatian Army, warned the representatives of the Serbian Democratic Forum (SDF) at a press conference in Zagreb. Croatian Radio quotes SDF representatives saying that the number of Serbs returning to Croatia increases as does the number of cases of violation of their human rights.

PRISTINA - The Kosmet is inseparable part of Serbia and Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and the idea of the so-called independent republic of the Kossovo has not gained any support in the world, stated in Pristina the EU representative, Richard Mites, who leads a 13-member delegation, comprised of EU, US representatives and those of the western European embassies in Belgrade. During his talks with the regional information secretary, Bosko Drobnajk, Mites condemned intensified terrorist attacks of the Albanian separatist in the Kossovo.
