Following the session of the Municipal Board of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) for Donje Piskavice, one of the biggest Banjaluka's municipalities, Krajisnik said that yesterday's event in Banjaluka culminated the crisis, and that the attack on the Serb TV studio in Banjaluka and SDS officer was in fact an attack on democracy". This can be met by the response of the people, for which we will not bear any responsibility", Krajisnik warned.BANJALUKA - The RS president Biljana Plavsic held talks with OSCE Mission chief and Provisional Electoral Commission (PEC) chair Robert Frowick, in Banjaluka. BIJELJINA - The head of the RS Army (VRS) General Staff general Pero Colic stated in Bijeljina after his meeting with the SFOR ground troops commander general Cordy Simpson that the relations between the VRS and peace-keeping forces would not be changed. "The VRS is not an organisation changing its position on day-to-day basis, but it abides by the agreed to terms in Dayton", Colic underlined. General Simpson assessed that mutual understanding existed between SFOR and the VRS and that SFOR would continue its peace-keeping efforts. VLASENICA - Over 1,000 people gathered in Vlasenica to protest interference of foreign elements into RS internal matters and forcible seizing of the CJB, the MUP Training Centre and police stations in Banjaluka. "It is unbelievable that Biljana Plavsic can collaborate with Serb enemies who want to break and destroy bloody struggled RS", this was hear at the rally. BANJALUKA - SFOR spokesman for Sector South-West, Lt. BRCKO - After the Brcko CJB representatives explaining that they received assurances by the multinational forces that Banjaluka's scenario would not repeat in Brcko, the residents assembled in front of the Brcko CJB dispersed.
