NEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

SARAJEVO - The Presidency of Dayton B-H entitled the copresidents of the Council of Ministers, Boro Bosic and Haris Silajdzic, vice-president Neven Tomic and foreign minister Jadranko Prlic together with their deputies, to draw-up proposal of organisation of the diplomatic-consular bureaus of the Dayton B- H. The Presidency members adopted a platform for the visit of B-H delegation to Great Britain, which will be led by Jadranko Prlic, who is authorised to sign an agreement on economic cooperation.

SARAJEVO - The co-presidents in the Council of Ministers, Boro Bosic and Haris Silajdzic received in Sarajevo the Swede prime minister Joran Person. This was first meeting of Council of Ministers with prime minister of a foreign country.

BANJALUKA - The RS vice-president Dragoljub Mirjanic, talked in Banjaluka with a delegation of the Thesaloniki municipality of Kalamaria on intentions of Greek economists to install factory for production of bricks and tiles, one in Prijedor and the other in Banjaluka.

DOBOJ - About a hundred Muslims threw stones at SFOR and RS Police in RS territory as they wanted to mark the inter-entity boundary line in the area between Doboj and Gracanica. While attacking SFOR and RS Police, the enraged Muslims yelled that SFOR and Serb Police had noting to do there for this territory would "belong to Muslim B-H". The enraged Muslims were joined by 10 Muslim policemen, who were enabled to cross the boundary line by SFOR.

ZAGREB - Zagreb handed over a list of war crimes suspects from the 1991 Serb-Croat war, explaining how this act was deemed to encourage the remaining Serbs in the Srem-Baranja district, who are not on the list, to stay in their homes, reports AFP. "The list, which is not made public yet, contents names between 140 and 170 persons who lived in Eastern Slavonija until 1991 or live there now", stated the Croatian vice-premier Ivica Kostovic at a press conference in Zagreb.

BEOGRAD - The spokesman of the Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO) Ivan Kovacevic, warned that demonstrations in Belgrade might continue, unless by March 9 all state media are made free for all political parties. "We cannot see tangible, real facts that the media picture in Serbia is getting better, as was promised by Serbian minister of information Mrs. Radmila Milentijevic", explained Kovacevic at a press conference in Belgrade. According to him, one cannot see contacts were established between the regime and the opposition in Serbia.

MOSTAR - UN representatives in Sarajevo unofficially announced that Croat police is responsible for the armed attack on Muslims in Mostar who wanted to visit cemetery, reports DPA. "Two policemen from the western part of Mostar were spotted shooting at a group of Muslims, who were withdrawing to the Eastern part of the city. Even though Croat police was informed of the visit, the incident was not avoided and resulted in one person killed and several hundred wounded.
