PARIS - Putting their signature on a document, today in Paris, the Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic recognised the integrity of the Dayton B-H, while Alija Izetbegovic accepted FR Yugoslavia's taking over the continuity of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. French president Jacques Chirac confirmed Milosevic and Izetbegovic agreed to establish full diplomatic relations, and said that "bilateral agreements were reached on trade, customs union and freedom of movement between the two countries without visas". Izetbegovic said he agreed with Milosevic "about very relevant document, which must be enforced". They agreed to principles of their future talks on the succession of the former Yugoslavia.

SARAJEVO - President Milosevic has neither gave up "avnoj" [communist] borders, nor recognised two Serbian states W of the Drina, and today's Paris agreement concluded with Izetbegovic is consistent to policy he pursued during the last four years, stated the president of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic, adding that "this could have been expected to happen earlier, and some probably assessed this to be the right moment for such an agreement".

BANJALUKA - The signing of the agreement, i.e. recognition of the Dayton B- H integrity and the recognition of the FR Yugoslavia's continuity, the president of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) for RS, Nikola Poplasen, assessed as "the private matter between Milosevic and izetbegovic". He warned at the possibility that Milosevic and Izetbegovic agreed about other issues of which, according to the Constitution, RS representatives, i.e. legally elected bodies, are competent to decide".

BEOGRAD - The SRS secretary-general, Aleksandar Vucic, stated that "the SRS sharply condemns the agreement establishing the full diplomatic relations between FR Yugoslavia and Dayton B- H". "Milosevic should recognise RS and to announce all-Serbian Assembly, which would be a real patriotic act", concluded the SRS secretary-general.

ZVORNIK - An unnamed IFOR officer expressed his concern over the recent developments, not only in the municipality of Zvornik, but also in the other RS municipalities bordering with the B-H Federation, for the Muslims illegally entered other several villages. IFOR tries to comply with all agreements with Federation B-H and drive the illegally moved Muslims from the village of Jusici.

DOBOJ - Three traffic accidents took place in the last seven days in the municipality of Doboj, in which IFOR vehicles were involved, this was announced at IFOR Nordic-Polish Brigade press conference. "Between Doboj and Maglaj, on the right bank of the Bosna river in the Federation of B-H territory, a Danish Battalion tank fond a mine, only 10 meters away from the main road", says the report.

SARAJEVO - General Rasim Delic was appointed commander of the B-H Army, and Zivko Budimir his deputy, this was announced in Sarajevo, and is a consequence of U.S. ultimatum, which came alongside with threats with ceasing the arms deliveries for the Federation.

MOSTAR - The Mostar mayor, Ivan Prskalo and his deputy Safet Orucevic discussed problems which make the situation even more complex in this divided city, reports Muslim Radio-Sarajevo. "The solving of problems in Mostar is closely connected to the formation of united police forces, to which the Croatian side has been opposing almost two years", stated Orucevic after the meeting.
