UN OFFICIALS SAY URGENT REPAIRS WILL BE MADE TO BRING MORE ELECTRICAL POWER INTO THE CITY, AND THE BOSNIAN GOVERNMENT HAS SAID THE CEASE-FIRE SHOULD NOW START ON THURSDAY MORNING.
