[05] WORLD BANK APPROVES WATER PROJECT IN TURKEY

The World Bank approved on Tuesday a $20 million loan to Turkey in support of a Participatory Privatization of Irrigation Management and Investment Project. The project will improve irrigation, leading to higher crop yields and more timely and equitable water delivery. /Hurriyet/
