ANKARA - The 23rd round of exploratory talks between Turkey and Greece will start in British capital London on Thursday.

BUDAPEST - Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc has said, ''Turkey is one of founders of countless institutions in Europe and one of the oldest members of NATO. Although its population is mainly Muslim, Turkey is a secular and modern European country.''

ANKARA - Vedat Kaya, the contractor of the eleven-storey building which collapsed in Selcuklu town of central province of Konya two days ago, was captured in southern province of Antalya on Wednesday.

It is totally a technical failure. Unfortunately, we are still dealing with such difficulties. We will try to do our utmost to remove these difficulties.''
