    BRUSSELS - European Parliament approved on Thursday the 2004 year budget of the EU which foresaw 250 million Euros of assistance for Turkey.

    ANKARA - Steven Mann, the U.S. Department of State Senior Advisor for Caspian Basin Energy Diplomacy said on Thursday that the U.S. and Turkey had many common interests regarding the Caspian energy sources.
