    RIVA DEL GARDA - Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul had bilateral meetings on Saturday with foreign ministers of Germany, Greece, Bulgaria, Spain and Romania in Italy where he went to attend unofficial meeting of the European Union (EU) foreign ministers.

    MILAN - Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Saturday that Europe was progressing on the road to improve a political union by completing a new constitutional process, adding, ''the European Union (EU) has become more clear for citizens in the draft constitution.''
