Monday that the bill of the Democratic Left Party (DSP) about the
abolition of death sentence had deficiencies in regard to laws and
constitution.

ISTANBUL - Istanbul will host two important meetings on Tuesday. The
extraordinary summit meeting of heads of state and government of member
countries to the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) will be held in
Istanbul. Presidents of Azerbaijan, Romania, Moldovo, Georgia,
Bulgaria, Albania and Ukraine, foreign ministers of Greece and Armenia,
and deputy prime minister of Russian Federation will attend the
meeting.

ANKARA - Felicity Party (SP) administrators visited on Monday

related with the bill which foresees that death sentence should be
commuted to life imprisonment.
