Plant Manager

The selected candidate will be a member of the company's Senior Management as he will assume overall responsibility of plants' operations. Overall, he will be responsible for the Planning, Production, Technical and Supply Management as well as for Plants' Quality Assurance and Compliance.

Position Requirements

* Supervises and handles Plants' Profit and Loss, Return on Investment and Cost Cutting Activities.

* Leads all new project development.

* Builds strong and long-term customer relations.

* Reassures the implementation of the Good Manufacturing Practices.

* Contributes in the development of the plants' business strategy.

* Handles the relationship with the plants' unions

* Manages and evaluates his team of as well as participates in the recruitment procedure.

* Creates a pleasant working environment.

* Is responsible for the best responsibilities' apportionment.

Candidate Profile

* At least 8-10 years of experience within production or technical departments of prominent corporations.

* University degree in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is a must. A postgraduate degree in Management Business Administration is highly desirable.

* Good command of the English Language.

* Proactive mentality combined with excellent planning and organizing skills.

* Leadership skills and an ability to work with high quality standards.

* Mobility.

* Around 40's.
