AREA MANAGER (Civil Engineer) - Cyprus

Position requirements

" Monitors the progress of construction projects according to budgets and deadlines undertaking various technical, feasibility studies and site investigations.

" Assesses potential risk of specific projects.

" Manages and supervises contractors on site, providing advice on civil engineering issues.

" Acts as liaison between customers and colleagues and monitors staff on a frequent basis.

" Secures new projects and ensures their proper running (safe, timely and well resourced completion of these projects).

Candidate profile

" University degree in Civil Engineering.

" Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in the construction and/or real estate development sectors.

" Proven experience in project management.

" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities.
