Job Opportunities for research projects in Cyprus:

A new company that is active in the area of specialized consulting services and is involved in research projects and technological development is seeking to employee researchers. The successful candidates will be managing the above mentioned projects.

In particular the prospective candidates will be required to have:

* A PhD degree or working towards a PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or in a related field.

* Report writing ability in Greek or English language.

* Good knowledge of how financial markets work, will be an advantage.

Applicants need not be citizens of the Republic of Cyprus. Knowledge of the Greek language, although considered a practical advantage, is by no means a requirement.

The annual salary for the Research Associates is about CY 10,800 - 13,200 initially (equivalent of 18,800 - 23,000 EURO and 24,000 - 29,300 USD), but the exact amount will depend on qualifications and prior experience.
