Within the next few months, there will be an official announcement for a faculty position opening in the Metal Structures Laboratory of the Civil Engineering School at the National Technical University of Athens. The position will be at the Lecturer's level, and the title is "Behavior of Metal Structures under Repeated Loading". The objective of this preliminary announcement is to attract the attention of potential candidates.

Those interested may contact Professor Ioannis Ermopoulos (jermop@central.ntua.gr), Professor Ioannis Vayas (vastahl@central.ntua.gr), or Assistant Professor Charis Gantes (chgantes@central.ntua.gr) for additional information.

Keep in mind that according to Greek legislation, undergraduate and graduate degrees obtained abroad should have been recognized by "DIKATSA" at the time of application, so those interested may want to start the pertinent process as soon as possible.
