Job Opportunities for EU research projects:

A new company that is active in the area of specialized consulting services and is involved in programmes of the EU for research and technological development is seeking to employee researchers. The successful candidates will be managing the above mentioned programmes. In particular the prospective candidates will be required to have:

* A PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or in a relevant quantitative field.

* Good knowledge of how financial markets work, will be an advantage.

* Report writing ability in Greek or English language.

Applicants need not be citizens of the Republic of Cyprus. Knowledge of the Greek language, although considered a practical advantage, is by no means a requirement.

Applicants that are working towards their PhD and are expecting to receive their degree within the next few months, are also encouraged to apply. The minimum annual salary for the Research Associates is about CY 12,000 initially (equivalent of 20,500 EUROs and 26,500 USD), but the exact amount will depend on qualifications and prior experience.
