ADVANCED PROCESS CONTROL BUSINESS UNIT APC ENGINEERS (Ref:0902/HYAPC) Job Description We are currently seeking to recruit Chemical or Process Engineering applicants for immediate employment at our offices in Cyprus and Bahrain. We are looking for career oriented skilled professionals with drive and ambition to succeed in a dynamic, international environment. The job includes design and implement Advanced Process Control Solutions using proprietary software in the chemical, petroleum and related industries. Work directly with engineers, operators and managers in client process plants. Qualifications * A BSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required. MS, PhD is preferred. Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will be considered. Specialization in Process Control or related areas will be considered an advantage * Experience in relevant process plant will be considered a significant advantage. Desired experience consists of one or more of the following: process control, production, process engineering, project engineering, in process plants such as petroleum refinery, ethylene, polymer, bulk chemical plant paper mill or similar process plant * Working knowledge of at least one DCS and related instrumentation is required * Familiarity with or ability to learn quickly the use of computer software is required * Fluent in English. Arabic / German / French / Greek will be considered an advantage * Travel will be required. PROCESS CONTROL SERVICES BUSINESS UNIT PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEERS (Ref:0902/HYPCS) Job Description We are currently seeking to recruit Chemical Engineering or related applicants for immediate employment at our offices in Cyprus and Greece. We are looking for career oriented skilled professionals with the drive and ambition to succeed in a dynamic, international environment. The job includes design, configuration and assessment of regulatory and supervisory control systems. Qualifications * A BSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required. MS, PhD is preferred. Advanced courses and/or specialization in Process Control are considered an advantage. * Hands-on industrial experience in one of the following areas: any significant aspect of DCS work, including but not limited to: specification, design, configuration, programming of special logic or code, commissioning, start-up, trouble-shooting, upgrading, etc. These should be done on commonly used DCS types, PLCs (i.e Honeywell, Foxboro, Fisher-Rosemount, ABB, Siemens, Yokogawa and or Bailey) and HMIs (i.e. Allen Bradley, Modicon, Siemens, GE, Wonderware, Intellution) * Experience with safety systems and procedures - Trikonix, safety interlocks, Hazop, etc. will be considered a plus * Experience in design, analysis, troubleshooting, implementation or upgrade of industrial instrumentations and controls such as regulatory controls, advanced controls or batch controls * Experience in at least one of the following: petroleum, bulk or specialty chemical, food, beverage, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical or related process industries * Knowledgeable and experienced with controller tuning techniques * Fluent in English * Travelling will be required. DYNAMIC ANALYSIS & TRAINING SIMULATION BUSINESS UNIT PROCESS ENGINEERS (Ref: 0902/HYDATS) Job Description We are currently seeking to recruit Chemical or Process Engineering applicants for immediate employment at our offices in Cyprus. The job includes application of Dynamic modelling software environments in the production of models related to the petrochemical, oil and gas and chemical processes. Qualifications * A BSc or MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or in a related field * Process Modelling and Simulation experience will be considered an advantage * Working knowledge of the English language * Self-initiative and good communication skills * Occasional travel will be required.
