In the very near future we shall have three (3) faculty openings in the Department of Environmental Engineering of the Technical University of Crete (POLYTEXNEIO KRHTHS in Chania, Crete) at the Assistant Professor level.

The three positions are:

(1) Applied Hydrology using GIS and/or remote sensing (YDROLOGIA GIA MHXANIKOYS PERIBALLONTOS ME XRHSH GIS KAI THLEPISKOPISHS).

(2) Management of Municipal Wastes with emphasis of Landfill design (DIATHESH KAI EPEKSERGASIA ASTIKON APORRIMMATON)

(3) Environmental Risk Assessment and Forecasting of Extreme Phenomena (EKTIMHSH EPIKINDYNOTHTAS KAI PROGNOSH AKRAION PHENOMENON)

These positions are expected to appear shortly in the government journal and the deadline for submission is expected to be before the end of the this year. Anyone who requests additional information by e-mail will be notified by e-mail when the deadline is finalized.
