VP Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing the companys overall marketing strategy. This strategy will require the creation of a strong brand position, and the development of both on-line and off-line advertising and promotion strategies that will build and reinforce the brand position. This person will develop and be responsible for the companys revenue streams by expanding the product line, identifying on-line merchandising opportunities, and initiating product promotions. Initially the person will focus on driving traffic to the site by developing co-branding partnerships and securing quality services that are uniquely packaged for TeleGea.com. Director-level reports to this person include Customer Service, Business Development, Advertising and Marketing Communications.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have direct e-commerce experience having demonstrated success in increasing web traffic and an outstanding track record of building a winning marketing organization in a consumer services company. He/she should have successfully created and marketed customer focused product or service offerings that created a strong sense of loyalty and repeat business. This individual must be a strategic thinker, have outstanding negotiating skills and understand the drivers of the e-commerce marketplace. This person will also have built and managed high-performing teams. He/she will thrive in a fast-paced, intense entrepreneurial environment and will be able to quickly build a marketing organization and strategy that will position the company for significant growth. The successful candidates background may include experience in one of the following categories: e-commerce portals, telecommunications, online financial services, or consumer brands.


Product Marketing

Vice President of Product Marketing / Supplier Agreements

Responsibilities

As our Vice President of Product Marketing you will use your extensive industry contacts and knowledge to develop large scale revenue-producing alliances and create and define new innovative service offerings between Reachout.com and Telecommunications (long distance and wireless) provider companies (AT&T). This ground floor opportunity is a high-profile position requires the ability to think strategically, understand business models and successfully negotiate long-term agreements with vendors and customers. You must thrive on change and be able to make an impact within a start-up environment that is fast-paced and filled with highly successful people.

Develop relationships with Telecommunication provider companies (such as AT&T, Worldcom etc.)

Develop relationships with internet companies (such as Yahoo, AOL) with or doing business with a telecommunications providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)

Technology and Systems

Vice President, Technology & Systems

Responsibilities

A unique opportunity to manage the entire development and deployment of TeleGea.coms on-line technology and processes for selling innovative PIN-based communications products and services to consumers and businesses. Will be responsible for the successful delivery of an e-commerce platform to support the on-line selling of PIN-based services, associated site content, and IT infrastructure. Will report to the CEO.

Results and Expectations

Manage the successful development and delivery of an on-line service by satisfying target customer requirements and working with multiple suppliers to create the offerings.

2. Maintain high On-line service quality by establishing specifications, policies, assurance systems, and quality processes.

3. Achieve objectives by making build/buy decisions related to e-commerce platform and content development; outsourcing activities; and hosting.

Qualifications

The vision and leadership to raise the organization's engineering and IT function to a new level. Experience in driving company growth from an engineering standpoint. Successful candidates will have ten or more years of software development or IT experience and possess a BSCS, BSEE along with an MS and a solid understanding of relational databases, Internet technologies, and the E-commerce opportunity. Prior experience with developing consumer oriented services, telecommunications billing systems, and telecom platform systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.


Web Architect

Responsibilities

Lead the design of the high level architecture for TeleGeas state of the art e-commerce site. Write system requirements and functional specification documents depicting overall architecture and play a significant role in ensuring a feasible implementation. Participate in design and requirements meetings. Architecturally address e-commerce site deployment, scalability, performance, security and maintenance in accordance with TeleGeas business objectives.

Qualifications

Previous software architectural experience with recent web related project required. Well-versed in Microsoft based e-commerce solutions (Site Server, Index Server, Transaction Server) and web technologies. Understanding of data security technologies, VPNs and database connectivity and access tools essential. Understanding of object oriented design methodology, and asp technologies. Knowledge in dealing with secure multi-vendor database connectivity issues and firewalls.


Software Product Performance Integrity Deployment (SPPID) Leader Position

Job Description

Play an important role in performance, integrity, and deployment of a web based e-commerce product.

Utilize leading edge web based tools for performance evaluation, deployment and integrity checking of our e-commerce we site. Provide hands on expertise on developing automated performance and integrity script suites. Be instrumental in developing tools to supplement and automate the operation of our e-commerce site. Be responsible for the successful product deployment, operation, and maintenance. Maintain performance, integrity and deployment site plans and schedules in accordance with our development cycle. Coordinate external web site hosting activities.

Qualifications

Previous software performance, integrity and tools development experience with recent web related project required. Knowledge of Microsoft based e-commerce solutions (Site Server, Index Server, Transaction Server) and web technologies and database connectivity is essential. Previous experience with e-commerce integrity checking and performance tools such as SiteTest, SitePerform or Astra Site Test, Silk, LoadRunner and understanding of data security technologies, is a plus. BS in a computer discipline or equivalent is required.


On-Line Screenwriter

Responsibilities

The On-Line Screenwriter will be producing content for the Web site. Will be responsible of creating, editing and posting fresh story-like, material to the Web site.

Qualifications

Must be creative, love to write and have a sense of smart humor. BA in communications preferred. Flexible hours and Full or Part Time opportunity.


Corporate Webmaster

Responsibilities

Maintain an on-line services web site in an NT environment. Administer and update the Web site including links, data feeds, and other dynamic elements. Write and edit HTML, Javascript, ASP and commercial enhancements. Provide Web site technical assistance and network support.

Qualifications

BA in communications or Computer Science preferred with 2-4 years experience as a Webmaster of a high traffic site. Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, IIS security is essential. XML knowledge a plus.

The successful candidate will support the Web servers and development efforts on the internal and external Web. The candidate will respond to requests from developers and internal clients. Key responsibilities include addressing and resolving Web-related requests and technical issues, engaging with application development groups to understand current demands and projected needs for Internet/Intranet services. You will use and enhance the process and tools by which TeleGea.com organizes and dispatches its workload, contribute to developer documentation, maintain the content and design updates of the internal/external sites and program reporting functions to compile analysis of log files.


Network Administrator

Responsibilities

Work on a team that maintains an NT network in a 24 hour environment. Primary duties include NT administration and network design and implementation. Contact NT systems installs/upgrades, configure and set up firewalls, and various network connections.

Qualifications

BS and 5 to 7 years experience as NT administrator with recent lead experience.

Key requirements:

a) In depth NT systems administrator skills

b) Setup and admin DNS, RAS, MS Exchange Server, Site Server and Web Server expertise

c) Have excellent understanding of NT networking, TCP/IP networking, routers, firewalls, and other security measures

d) good verbal and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

e) any development skills and/or SQL Server DBA experience a BIG plus!


Art Director

Responsibilities

As an Art Director for TeleGea.com you will lead the creative process while providing creative input. You will be responsible for developing the material for new projects as well as presenting new ideas for the website.

This position reports to the On-Line manager and will be responsible for the overall design and look and feel of the TeleGea.com website, work closely with the Director of Content to manage web content , develop front-end designs for user friendly web functionality and produce internal web design standards for freelancers and vendors. You will collaborate with an internal team of project managers, programmers, site builders and writers.

Qualifications

We are seeking a flexible team player with at least one year of experience within an advertising/marketing function. Must have a solid background in design. The ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize also required. Must be a professional with experience/education in multimedia/Web/software application design for corporate clients. Portfolio must show skills in information architecture, user interface design, human-computer interactions (human factors), navigational rules and overall user experience. Demonstrated marketing, advertising and promotional instincts and experience. Demonstrated project management skills (able to produce on tight timelines and budgets). The ideal candidate has strong concept, communications (both written and oral), organizational skills and a passion for new media. You must be self-directed and be comfortable developing new processes and procedures as needed. Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment is required.

Required Technical Skill Set: Successful candidates will have an advanced understanding of HTML coding, Web construction methods. Skill set must include: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, FrontPage, on the PC platform. Familiarity with web production issues (e.g. color palettes, image formats, browser and platform compatibility, animation, Java, image compression, etc.). Degree in fine arts, design, photography or related discipline is preferred. Agency or equivalent experience is a plus.


Director of Content

Responsibilities

This is a wide-ranging, creative position requiring strong editorial skills, marketing and business development sensibilities and a track record of launching compelling web content. The Director of Content will acquire and produce content that promotes on-line transactions as well as building reader interest and loyalty to the site. The Director of Content keeps an eye to improving yet maintaining the site's look and usability. Additionally, the Director of Content must be able to do research online keeping abreast of industry trends and new technology and development in both arenas.

Qualifications

BS/BA or equivalent and 8 years experience in marketing communications and publishing with 2 years in web site content creation. Demonstrated expertise in web site content creation as well as the use of web and PC based presentation tools and packages. Requires strong editorial skills, marketing and business development sensibilities and a track record of launching compelling web content. Also requires an ability to be an effective team player in a fast paced environment and an understanding of web technology.


Administration

Receptionist

Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for assisting with general office duties including scheduling, managing correspondence, and assisting at company events.

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience is necessary. Should be proficient in Microsoft office programs including Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Internet and on-line searches is essential. Must be a team player willing to go the extra mile to accomplish any task.
