I am writing to bring to your attention that the Institute of Chemical Engineering and High Temperature Chemical Processes (ICE/HT) in Patras, Greece has an open position of Principal Researcher (Researcher of Level Two). The deadline for submission of applications is the 30th of September. More information is given in an announcement for the position, which follows this message. A position of Principal Researcher is equivalent to an Associate Professor (Professor of Level Two) position in the Greek university system, and thus, successful candidates must have qualifications equivalent to those required for the latter. ICE/HT is one of the seven institutes of the Foundation for Research and Technology Hellas (FORTH), which is under the jurisdiction of the General Secretariat of Research and Technology of the Ministry of Development.

Information on ICE/HT can be found at its web-page at http://www.iceht.forth.gr/. More information can be obtained from me (see contact information at the bottom of the message) or from Dr. George Papatheodorou, the director of the institute (see the announcement for contact information). The copies of the research papers may be sent to ICE/HT after the deadline, but they must be there well before the selection committee meets.
