Applicants should have molecular biology and/or genetics experience. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and will be expected to actively participate with the local research community. Robert Wood Johnson Medical School / Rutgers has strong programs in the neurosciences and developmental biology. We interact extensively with the two other C. elegans labs that are located here, Rick Pagett’s lab (Waksman Institute) and Monica Driscoll’s lab (Rutgers). We also collaborate with Peter Yurchenco’s lab (our neighbors) in studying basement membrane development.
