The Department of Natural Sciences of the University of Cyprus is interested in appointing Visiting Scientists in Physics during the first semester of the Academic Year 1996-1997.

In particular, there are 2 openings at the rank of Visiting Professor, or Visiting Associate Professor, or Visiting Assistant Professor. Aside from their involvement in the research activities of the Department, the Visiting Scientists are expected to teach the following courses:

(I) Laboratory Physics (Nuclear/Particle) (3rd year course)

(II) Mathematical Methods (1st year course)
and/or Electronics (Theoretical part) (3rd/4th year)
