I am thinking to apply to the research program PENED 
(Progarmma Enisxisis Ereynitikou Dynamikou) of the GGET , 
e.g., Genelal Secretariat of Research and Technology for the subject  of 
"expert systems for geomorphologic image interpretation".

As you know the PENED (Progarmma Enisxisis Ereynitikou Dynamikou) 
can support Greek Scientists leaving outside Greece, 
provided that they will be COMING at LEAST for SIX months 
to work in GREECE and of course that they do fit 
into a particular program.

I feel I can use the help of a KNOWLEDGE ENGINEER 
for the proposed expert system.

IF 
you are a Greek scientist leaving OUTSIDE of GREECE and 
you have considerable research experience, 
e.g., post graduate degree, or better postdoc level, and 
have done ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE ENGINEERING and
know how to program with rules, objects, frames, and fuzzy, and 
wish to give your resume for inclusion in this proposal, 
THEN 
please communicate with me as soon as possible.  

The deadline for proposal submission is Jan 31, 1995.  
So I need to hear from you immediately.  

By the way I have done research in this area for the last 10 years 
while in USA and wish to continue towards 
an expert system for geomorphic feature interpretation.
