The Pan Orthodox Singles of New England is sponsoring a Holiday Social which is to be held Saturday, Dec 13 at the Atrium at the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church, 25 Bigelow Ave, Watertown, MA at 7:00 pm. The first event was a successful wine and cheese party held on Aug 16 at St. John of Damascus Orthodox Church in Dedham, MA. Approximately 80 people attended that event.

PanOrthodox Singles was formed this past spring under the spiritual support and guidance of His Grace Bishop Methodios and local parish priests. The organization was established to provide its members an atmosphere of fellowship, compassion and understanding through communication and activities. To enhance the purpose of the organization social, cultural, spiritual educational and other diversified activities will be offered to its membership.

Membership of the organization will be comprised of all persons of the Orthodox Christian faith who are widowed, divorced or single who are over the age of 30.

At the upcomming Holiday Social refreshments, hors d'hoeuvres and pastries will be served. A raffle will be held. In addition, a wrapped Christmas grab exchange will liven up the evening. Those wishing to participate in the grab should bring a wrapped gift of approx. $5 in value to be exchanged with another Christmas grab participant.

A $10 donation at the door is requested for attendance to this event. All Orthodox singles above the age of 30 are invited to attend. For further information please call Jeanne at 508.337.4553 or Nikki at 781.762.5584, or send email to gabe@shore.net
