Boston, March 21: Parliament's Committee for Hellenes AbroadPublic Events Directory - Previous Article - Next ArticleFrom: "HR-Net News Distribution Manager" <dist@hri.org>Originally From: yiannis chassapidis <yianni@alphabit.com> A special delegation of the Greek Parliament's Permanent Interparliamentary Committee for Hellenes Abroad will visit nine major centers of Hellenism in North America, March 15-31. The visiting group, which consists of members of the Greek Parliament, will be headed by Hon. Grigoris Niotis, chairman of the Interparliamentary Committee for Hellenes Abroad. The others are: Hon. Eugene Haitides, A' vice president, Hon. Stavros Kounalakis, B' vice president, Costas Panagiotou, secretary and Tassos Intzes, member of the Committee. Their schedule includes visits to Chicago (3/15-3/17), Los Angeles (3/18), San Francisco (3/19), Boston (3/20-3/21), New York (3/22-3/24), Washington D.C. (3/24-3/25), Ottawa (3/26), Toronto (3/27-3/29) and Montreal (3/29-3/31). During theit stay in Boston they will address Omogeneia on March 21st at 6.30pm im Maliwteio Cultural Centre, and they'll answer to questions.
