Professor Dimitri Constas, Director of the Institute of International
Relations at Panteion University in Athens, will be giving a
presentation in the Library of the Woodrow Wilson Center on October
31, 1996 at 4:00pm.
Professor Constas will be focusing on Greece's Foreign Policies
within the Mediterranean, Balkans and the European Union.
