Presented by Professor Theodore A. Couloumbis
Professor Couloumbis received his BA with Honors in Political Science from
the University of Connecticut, and his MA and PhD degrees in International
Relations from American University. He is currently spending time in
Washington, on sabbatical leave from Athens University, where he is a
Professor of International Relations and the President of the Board of the
Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy. His long and productive
carrier includes past positions at Thessaloniki University, American University,
and the Diplomatic Academy of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
