1st CONGRESS

"SPACE APPLICATIONS AND THE ENVIRONMENT"

The Hellenic Astronautical Association (member of the IAAF) organises from October 31st to November 3rd, a Congress on

"Space Applications and the Environment"

(for the thematic areas to be covered, see next page). It will take place on the Townhall of Voula, Athens.

This subject, most updated internationally, is of great value for humanity, referring to its applications.

The conclusions of this Congress will add to a new planning of the environmental policy, promotion and development of a new technology applicable to our country.

Here attached are the scientific areas that will be covered.

We invite you to participate with a paper based on an original work of yours.

You may send an abstract of your paper in Greek or English, following the instructions attached.

The subscription costs 8.000DR. For the students the cost arises to 4.000DR.

INSTRUCTIONS

To the authors for preparing the manuscripts of the papers to be published

1. The lectures will be in Greek or English language.

2. The maximal volume of each paper cannot be more than 6 print pages including figures, references etc.

3. For the abstract, the language accepted is Greek or English. For the paper, the Greek, English and French language will be accepted.

4. The maximal volume of the abstract is 1 page.

5. The abstracts should be sent until October 10th, as follows:
