This conference furthers the tremendous importance of flavor chemistry in a wide variety of food and beverage products. Information presented at this conference will be useful for chemists, scientists, and technologists working in flavor chemistry, food product research and development, and food quality control. This conference is dedicated to the memory of Dr. Charalambous, who organized and hosted this international conference at various sites in his beloved Greece.
