    "Ministers' Responsibility"

Government spokesman, George Petalotis once again belied reshuffle scenarios, underlining that it is the Prime-minister's responsibility to appoint ministers.

Furthermore, Mr. Petalotis objected that there were any ministers who believed they were permanently positioned in a ministry. He also added that it is the Prime-minister's responsibility to select candidates for local administration elections.
