Candidates for ND party leadership continue their campaigns including tours and speeches while questions on election procedures give rise to internal disputes. The meeting of the ND party Central Committee on Saturday is expected with high interest in the mid of reactions by senior party members regarding within the party developments.

D. Abramopoulos Insists on his Proposal

Dimitris Abramopoulos appears determined to submit to the Central Committee his proposal for inclusion of ND party members and friends in voting procedures

Speaking to state television channel NET, Mr. Abramopoulos described as unacceptable the rejection of his proposal by the president of the election Coordinating Committee, Dimitris Sioufas.

Tours -Meetings Continue

Candidate for ND party leadership Dora Bakoyiannis is to have a dialogue with representatives of production forces and scientific sectors during an event organized at Elioupolis Municipality on Thursday afternoon.

Dimitris Abramopoulos candidate for ND party presidency is to meet with his rival Panagiotis Psomiadis on Thursday.

An. Samaras Touring Kavala-Serres

On his part, Antonis Samaras visited Kabala on Thursday morning for contacts with friends and party members. Mr. Samaras stressed that his top priority is the party's unity and underlined the need for ND party's review in accordance to modern center-right policies within the European framework.

Mr. Samaras had talks with representatives of employees under the Stage status and spoke of a social problem and a wound that the ND party should treat. Next stop of his tour is Serres.
