Oil prices set another record Tuesday, at one point trading well above US$114 a barrel. Light, sweet crude went up to $114.08 a barrel after regular trading ended, before settling down for the day at $113.79. Thats up $2.03 from Mondays record close of $111.76. Brent North Sea crude for June delivery was 28 cents lower at 111.30 dollars a barrel. Reports also emerged of minor supply outages in Nigeria, Africas biggest oil producer, after rebels caused a fire at the Beniboye oil plants in the Delta State of Nigeria. Brent for May expired on Tuesday at a record 111.31 dollars a barrel after reaching an intraday high of 112.08 dollars. During the last days the prices of black gold broke new records as the weak US dollar drove investors to the purchase of first materials buy. Analysts attribute the rising prices to the fears for oil supply of markets after the closing due to bad weather of 4 terminal stations of oil transfer in Mexico which supply US.

According to Ministry of Transport citizens who use yearly Internet cards for public transportations will have cheaper fast Internet connection. This is one of the many social contributions to be applied by the ministry. In this framework, a game will be provided in youth and childrens magazine with the title "join the drivers seat". In addition, there will be given grants for PC provision to people with special needs while the Ministry will also create a network for the recycling of PCs and paper. As stressed by the Minister of Transportation Kostis Hatzigakis all these initiatives reveal the sensitive financial social and environmental policies of the Ministry.
