Different prices are boosted by new zones which are being created in order to cover features such as high prices in developed side sea and commercial areas or low prices in areas which can not be utilized such as zones of environmental protection or archaeological ones.

    SYN's Criticism

Panayiotis Lafazanos, responsible for the Finance and Social Policy of SYN party (Coalition of the Radical Left) criticized the government expressing the view that this rise is taking place in order for the government to raise money from taxes and there will not be any criteria for the formation of the new estate-property prices, while the building activity will be severely affected in a period when a major drop is recorded in our country in the sector of financial development.
