The former Examiner will then be brought before the Appellate Prosecutor, who is to present the indictment against her. Konstantina Bourboulia has the right to request a deadline, however, she should testify in a weeks time. Then, the Appellate Examiner and the Prosecutor are to decide on her detention. In case they rule in favour of her detention, she will be transferred to a special cell in Korydallos prison. Mrs Bourboulia is also likely to request her being transferred to a hospital, citing health reasons. However, no such claim has been filed, yet. In the meantime, her lawyer is already at the Athens Police headquarters and he is most likely to meet with his client, who is being held on a special cell on the seventh floor. Early on Saturday morning, she was taken to the photograph and fingertip department. As per information, she has lost weight and she seems rather run down. Yet, she is cooperative with the authorities. It is noted that the former Examiner has been detained by the Greek authorities since yesterday, following her extradition from France. The initial results yielded by the post-mortem suggested that the body of the 54-year-old man, who had been in Iraq going over accusations speaking of tortures performed by the US and Iraq troops, showed signs of torture. A group calling itself the Swords of Righteousness Brigade claimed responsibility for the abductions, and threatened to kill the men if Iraqi prisoners detained by the United States and Iraq were not released. In a video TV network Al-Jazeera aired on February 28, the three hostages were shown pleading for their governments to help, but Tom Fox did not appear on the video. Fox, 54, a Quaker from Clear Brook, Virginia, was father to two children.
