[01] What they are asking for is suicide, Labour Min Skourletis says on creditors' demands

The minister said that there are small possibilities of reaching an agreement based on current data while he did not rule out the possibility of an extension under conditions. He cleared out that if there is no solution until the end of the month, the IMF will not be paid. However, this does not translate into a credit event, he noted.

[02] Interior Minister Voutsis: Greek problem is part of Europe's picture

"The outcome largely depends on the way our partners will face the Greek issue," the minister said and added that "if they insist on a clear accounting approach, then apparently pessimism will prevail, but if the European leaders understand that Greece's problem is part of the whole picture of the European problems in which unity is a prerequisite, there will be optimism over the outcome of the negotiation."

Voutsis said that the European leaders and officials' assurances that a possible Grexit would not raise problems to the economies of the other European countries and to the banks are not true and are part of the negotiations. "In case of a failure to reach an agreement in the negotiations, both Greece and Europe will be found in unexplored waters," he noted.

He also said that if the installment to the IMF is not paid at the end of the month, this will not mean that the country has default but that the payment will be paid in arrears.

Interior Minister left open the possibility of general elections or referendum if the agreement is not voted by the deputies of SYRIZA and Independent Greeks government.

"We support the efforts of (Prime Minister) Alexis Tsipras and his government to reach an agreement with the European institutions," Renzi noted. "At the same time we are aware of how important it is for everyone that Greece remains in the eurozone," he added. "I estimate that Saturday is the final day and I am certain that we can reach an agreement," the Italian Prime Minister stressed

The leader of New Democracy told his counterparts that the vast majority of the Greek people want the country to remain an integral part of Europe and the eurozone and despite "the glaring mistakes of the current government," European partners should stand on the side of Greeks wit solidarity as people "have paid a great cost." 

  Samaras described the times Greece is going through as difficult noting that the country "now faces the dilemma of a very bad deal versus an uncontrollable bankruptcy." "Six months ago we came very close to permanently exiting the crisis and now we have returned to a much worse situation … with all the mistakes that have been made, with all the lies which have been said, we won't let the country and our children's future be destroyed," he added.    

[05] Eurogroup to convene on Saturday at 18:00

According to a European Council statement, the Eurogroup will continue the debate on the ongoing negotiations between the Greek authorities and the institutions.

Varoufakis also said that the creditors' offer is "clearly unviable", highlighting pensions and higher tax on the islands as sticking points, according to Reuters news agency.
